MWL Apparel does not offer refunds on graphic apparel as every product is made to order.​

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as the processing begins immediately.

​

Items may be exchanged up to 7 days after reception of product if there is a defect.

​

MWL Lounge line allows exchanges for sizes - this does not apply to Graphic Apparel as they are made to order.

 

Items must be unwashed with original tags and original packaging.

​

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending goods back to MWL Apparel.

​

MWL Apparel is not responsible for lost packages so tracking codes are ideal.
